Meet the Visionaries

“Uniting Vision. Empowering Voice. Igniting Change.”

The Sister Summit was born from a shared commitment to empower women and strengthen sisterhood in ways that inspire, uplift, and spark action. Gina Cummins, founder of EGI Women, and Kenya Dunn, founder of the POWER Tribe Community, joined forces to create a transformational experience that connects women across borders through voice, power, and presence. Together, they bring decades of leadership, community building, and advocacy for women’s advancement. This summit reflects their belief that when women unite, they don’t just share stories—they create solutions and ignite change.

A Global Sisterhood Moment

This is more than an event—it’s a cross-border sisterhood experience. Women leaders from diverse walks of life are gathering in Barbados to share wisdom, stories, and strategies for leading with voice, power, and presence.

Sisterhood is Strategy.

The Power Skill: Your Unique Voice

Your voice is more than sound—it’s your leadership in motion. At the summit, you’ll learn how to use your voice to inspire, influence, and create impact—without compromising authenticity.
This isn’t about changing your voice to fit the room. It’s about letting your voice change the room.

Interactive + Transformational

Not a lecture.

Not a conference.

This is active leadership practice.

Through storytelling, embodied exercises, and powerful conversations, you’ll leave with tools you can apply immediately. Expect panel discussions, interactive workshops, and real-time practice that move you from insight to action.

Kenya Dunn teaches that Sisterhood is Strategy. When women unite, they don’t just share stories—they create solutions.
The Sister Summit is designed to strengthen bonds, spark collaboration, and remind us: no woman leads alone.

Why Join The Sister Summit?

The Sister Summit isn’t just an event—it’s your moment to step into voice, power, and presence alongside a global community of women leaders.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of your unique leadership voice

  • One actionable tool or challenge you can put into practice immediately

  • Connections with a global network of women shifting culture, breaking norms, and leading authentically

This is a rare opportunity to experience an international retreat right here in Barbados. Together, we’ll build cross-border connections, strengthen sisterhood, and claim our place in a movement of women who are raising their voices for change.
